Tellulah Darling
(The Blooming Goddess Trilogy #2)
Publication date: October 31st 2013
Genres: Comedy, Mythology, Young Adult
Sophie Bloom’s junior year has been a bit of a train wreck. After the world’s greatest kiss re-awakened Sophie’s true identity as Persephone (Goddess of Spring and Savior of Humanity), she fought her dragon-lady guidance counselor to the death, navigated mean girl Bethany’s bitchy troublemaking, and dealt with the betrayal of her backstabbing ex, Kai (sexy Prince of Darkness). You’d think a girl could catch a break.
Yeah, right.
With Zeus stepping things up, it’s vital that Sophie retrieve Persephone’s memories and discover the location of the ritual to stop Zeus and Hades. So when Aphrodite strikes a deal that can unlock Sophie’s pre-mortal past, what choice does the teen goddess have but to accept?
The mission: stop media mogul Hermes from turning Bethany into a global mega-celebrity. The catch? Aphrodite partners Sophie and Kai to work together … and treat this suicide mission as a date. Which could work out for Sophie’s plan to force Kai to admit his feelings for her–if she doesn’t kill him first.
Add to that the fact that BFF Theo’s love life and other BFF Hannah’s actual life are in Sophie’s hands, and suddenly being a teenager—even a godlike one—seems a bit like … well, hell. Whatever happened to dinner and a movie?
The YA romantic comedy/Greek mythology fireworks continue to fly in My Date From Hell. Love meets comedy with a whole lot of sass in book two of this teen fantasy romance series. Breaking up is easy; dating is deadly.

Tellulah Darling
(The Blooming Goddess Trilogy #1)
Publication date: April 1st 2013
Genres: Comedy, Mythology, Young Adult
Sixteen-year-old Sophie Bloom wishes she’d been taught the following:
a) Bad boy’s presence (TrOuBlE) + teen girl’s brain (DraMa) = TrAuMa (Highly unstable and very volatile.)
b) The Genus Greekulum Godissimus is notable for three traits: 1) awesome abilities, 2) grudges, and 3) hook-ups, break-ups, and in-fighting that puts cable to shame.
Prior to the Halloween dance, Sophie figures her worst problems involve adolescent theatrics, bitchy teen yoga girls, and being on probation at her boarding school for mouthy behaviour. Then she meets bad boy Kai and gets the kiss that rocks her world.
Literally.
This breath stealing lip lock reawakens Sophie’s true identity: Persephone, Goddess of Spring. She’s key to saving humanity in the war between the Underworld and Olympus, target numero uno of Hades and Zeus, and totally screwed.
Plus there’s also the little issue that Sophie’s last memory as Persephone was just before someone tried to murder her.
Big picture: master her powers, get her memories back, defeat Persephone’s would be assassin, and save the world. Also, sneak into the Underworld to retrieve stolen property, battle the minions of Hades and Zeus, outwit psycho nymphs, slay a dragon, rescue a classmate, keep from getting her butt expelled from the one place designed to keep her safe …
… and stop kissing Kai, Prince of the Underworld.
My Ex From Hell is a YA romantic comedy/Greek mythology smackdown. Love meets comedy with a whole lot of sass in book one of this teen fantasy romance series. Compared to Kai and Sophie, Romeo and Juliet had it easy.

**Review**
Add: Greek mythology + the current epoch + refreshing and fun reading + love + good friends and a series of unusual events = The Blooming Goddess Trilogy .
These are one of the many series in which I said : I'm reading for me? or to give a good and enjoyable review ?
By the time he had heard of The Blooming Goddess Trilogy to begin the titles of the two books draw a lot of attention , not to mention that your synopsis will show a little of the graet spirit of the series.
I think this is one of the series of books I've been reading as a reader geek fan and as a blogger , Let's start with My Ex From Hell , we meet the main characters and side with which connect very well. In this story we heroin Sophie Bloom who then know it is Persephone , Goddess of Spring . Which will be no one will have a really great group of friends : Theo and Hannah . To them love! What is the mission of the gang apart from having to deal with everyday student life ? Which includes Sophie's nemesis , having to retrieve memories of past life bone Persephone Sophie , but very current since in this part add the touch of a WAO boy Kai .<-- cof cof Ex of Persephone or maybe your love. Discover it reading!
Well, to be the beginning of the adventures of Sophie to recover their memories not bad, it's fun. I can say that my ecopy are underlined very funny phrases .
I love Hanna and Theo, every phrase, his nature, Sophie is great! is the spirit guide of this book and clear your history and and Kai good he is the right guy for this adventure with Sophie. I liked a lot this beginning of the trilogy, has a very good structure, easy to read and you can not stop until you know what's next.
And that's what's next? My Date from Hell!
If I liked the first, imagine the 2nd, Sophie knows who he is, or who was or both, but still missing I mean memories memories of Persephone. And so to save his life or rather that of all. To accomplish this came new characters that will make the life and history of Sophie even more fun and complicated.
And that includes Kai, we know further including now have to meet Sophie, could fall in love with her, without the memory of Persephone?or ... maybe Cupid's arrows ... ok, ok, this is further complicated. Zeus and Hades's add into the equation, wanting to have something of this pair. And do not forget to Bethany, which will make the rounds with the help of some of the new characters.
We are in the center of the adventure, Tellulah Darling made the characters know little or a lot of something actual Greek mythology, fun, nothing complicated but with the line that involves writing about Greek mythology. Language is an explosion of emotions, you can be laughing or you may be intrigued or sad, I remember something like this: -> :-D or / and D-:
So much so that in the end did not know put ue face! Unexpected, will leave us with face O_O Oh Good Greek! What will happen to Sophie? Kie? Theo? some God who answers the what has happened here??? maybe Tellulah Darling give us a big surprise for the 3rd book.
I think this is one series you can even connect very well with the author, which prints its staff and own label at the time of writing that you identify immediately and shows his love for his work.
As a reader I recommend it a lot, like Blogger: If you like Greek mythology, love, mouth quick characters and highly recommended turns in a good series, Read this trilogy!
My stars for book 1 and book 2:
